Process
If you have not done so already, please make certain you have an eForms user account. You can visit the AFT Eforms Website at: HTTPS://EFORMS.ATF.GOV/LOGIN. A Full List of Instructions can be found on their official website titled NFA FORM 1 SUBMISSION EXTERNAL GUIDANCE WITH Q&A - GUIDANCE IS SPECIFIC TO AFT FINAL RULE 2021R-08F which we have linked below. This form provides you with a list of instructions on how to make an account if you have not done so already and will be connected to your Electronic EFT Fingerprint File.
B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC will provide you with your .eft Fingerprint File (Demographic Information and Fingerprints) on a Thumb Drive along with a photo, as needed for Electronic AFT Applications. This thumb drive may be used to upload your photo and the required fingerprints (.eft) file into the E-Applications and can be used multiple times. We work with numerous Gun Supply stores in and around Las Vegas to be sure we are supplying the correct and current information needed and required by the ATF.
Forms
When submitting the eForm 1, "Application to Make and Register a Firearm" through the ATF eForm system, the Maker is REQUIRED to submit two (2) fingerprint cards for each Responsible Person, within 10 days of eForm submission. B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC can provide you with both options of an Electronic eft File Extension Fingerprint File along with the photo required or provide the applicant with the two (2) Fingerprint Cards. The Form Below is provided by the AFT Website and holds the full instructions and process required of all applicants.

The Next Step
All electronic fingerprints must be uploaded in the Responsible Person train-stop for whom the fingerprints were taken. The file must be an EFT File Extension and conform with the FBI Specification 8.1.0 Electronic Fingerprint Requirements, which B&D Fingerprinting Services can provide for you.
