Gaming
Process
The fingerprinting process for the Gaming Control Board covers new applicants and renewals for Gaming Cards and Gaming Licensing. B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC can process your fingerprints and submit them electronically to the Nevada Department of Public Safety, where the results will be sent back to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Forms
The current form (Form 28) required for fingerprinting services must be provided by your employer's Human Resources and brought in with you in order to process your fingerprints. This form is normally completed online, allowing you to print the form out at your leisure.
Please make certain all fields are filled correctly; if you have any questions or concerns over the paperwork, you may check with your Human Resources Department. Our fingerprint technicians can also help you through the process.
