Insurance Division
Process
The fingerprinting process for the Nevada Division of Insurance covers new applicants and renewals. B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC can process your fingerprints and submit them electronically to the Nevada Department of Public Safety, where the results will be sent back to the Nevada Division of Insurance.
Forms
The Nevada Division of Insurance requires a receipt as proof of processing along with the Civil Applicant Form. B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC can provide you with a Fingerprint Receipt Form which will provide the division with the date of processing and a transaction number. If you have any questions or concerns over the paperwork, our fingerprint technicians can help you through the process.
