Nevada Medical Marijuana Establishments
Process
Establishment Owners, Shareholders, Agents and Employees/Volunteers of Businesses should contact the Nevada Cannabis Control Board at CCB.NV.GOV in order to initiate the process. Registration requires applications online through their specific website. Once registration gets to a certain point, the NCCB will send documentation that will require fingerprints. Make sure to bring that form with you when you come to get fingerprinted.
Forms
As of January 8, 2021, the FBI and Nevada Department of Public Safety (DPS) have updated their requirements for the CCB's Agent Applicant Fingerprint Submission Form. Effective immediately, Agent Registration Card Applicants will automatically receive the updated Fingerprint Form via Email upon successful completion of the online application.
