Process

The fingerprinting process for the Nevada Real Estate Division covers new applicants and renewals. B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC can process your fingerprints and submit them electronically to the Nevada Department of Public Safety, where the results will be sent back to the Nevada Real Estate Division.

Forms

The current form for the Nevada Real Estate Division can be found on their website. Depending upon the License/Permit (Salesperson, Broker-Salesperson, Broker, Property Manager, Business Broker, etc.) determines the form required for fingerprinting services. We can also provide the form for at our office location. Please make certain all fields are filled correctly; if you have any questions or concerns over the paperwork, our fingerprint technicians can help you through the process.

Fingerprint Verification Form

The Next Step

B&D Fingerprinting Services LLC will then stamp, sign, and date your Fingerprint Verification Form for you to return with your application to the Nevada Real Estate Division. You must walk your Fingerprint Verification Form to their office location after taking the required test, along with the rest of your application.
