The State of Nevada processes both businesses and applicant patients requiring the use of Medical Marijuana through various departments at a state level. Patients and applicants requiring an application for Medical Marijuana use should contact the Medical Marijuana Registry or visit their online portal for registration and renewals.

Establishment Owners, Shareholders, Agents and Employees/Volunteers of Businesses should contact the Nevada Cannabis Control Board at CCB.NV.GOV in order to initiate the process. Registration requires applications online through their specific website. Once registration gets to a certain point, the NCCB will send documentation that will require fingerprints. Make sure to bring that form with you when you come to get fingerprinted.
